    I'm not sure why you would want to make a ISO of a individual video file, if that's what you mean. ISOs are meant more for folders or a group of several files, so the entire set of files can be contained in a single archive package. But you could try Folder2ISO.

    Otherwise, just burn the file as a data disc and it would work as well.
