I converted a DVD to H.264 (with the director's commentary) using Handbrake. VLC correctly plays the main audio track. But if I open the file in Quicktime, it plays the second audio track (director's commentary) instead. I have to disable the second audio track via Quicktime's "Movie Properties" in order to hear the first track. This doesn't happen with DivX/XviD files, however.
What the hell is wrong with Quicktime? And is there a way to fix this problem so Quicktime plays the tracks in the correct order?
