got a friend with a Time notebook - G900, and the dvd drive is a Mat[censored]a dvd-ram uj-815a. A software disk won't eject but the software runs ok!!!! Tried the button, tried from My computer, tried from inside programs like Nero, whichever way it sounds like it's trying but just can't do it. Looked through the manual and can't find any manual eject info. With normal desktop drives there's that litle hole that you poke a paperclip in but i can't see anything similar on this drive. The drive is of the type where there is just a slot and the disk slides in.
actually the only thing i could find was this in the manual but it looks like how you remove the whole drive!!!!! No other info in the manual

pop the whole drive out (it slides right out when you pop the release latch)
should be a hole on the bottom or back to release the disk"Each problem that I solved became a rule which served afterwards to solve other problems." - Rene Descartes (1596-1650)
