With ISOBuster, did you right click on the BIN file and select 'Extract User Data'? Then you should have just the file saved. Is the BIN/CUE a AVI or a MPEG?

For an AVI, use AVI ReComp to make it standalone compatible after extraction.

If it's a MPEG, you need to re-encode it. avi.NET is good for making a compatible standalone file.

You may also be able to view the BIN file with VLC media player directly.

BIN/CUE is an image of a CD or DVD, it could contain absolutely anything.

First thing to try is to just burn it to a disk and see if your player can read that.

Many ways to do this; if you have Nero use "Burn image to disk" and select the CUE file.

If the player can't read the disk, on the disk now you will have some files that you can examine (eg with GSpot) and work out the next step.
