Total video conver help!!!!!

If anybody has any knowledge of TOTAL VIDEO CONVERTER, can they offer me advice on converting FLV files into MP4 PSP video files. i can convert no problem, but i need to create the THM. file which is a thumbnail of the video (the program just shows a black picture with the filename on it). and also i dont know how (or if it allows) to create a title to the MP4 file. it just calls the file "NO MSV TITLE TAG FOUND". really appreciate any help. cheers

I've never used that program, but here's a tutorial of how to create the .THM file that may give you some ideas, at least about the format needed for the file. http://seamonkey420.tech-recipes.com/psp/custom_thumb.html

You should be able to do this with most other graphic editors, if needed. You would just grab a screenshot from the video.

Another possibility if your existing .THM is black is that your program grabbed the first frame from the video and that frame happens to be a black frame, which is not uncommon.

And you might try a different program. There are a lot of them out there if you do a Google search. Some of them are freeware also, which may work as well.

There are plenty of free photo editors out there. I don't know about compatibility with there output formats but you can get your feet wet. I use a freebie called PHOTOPLUS by serif applications. I use version 6.0 It has many editing options. I don't have a link handy but do a net search for "photoplus" and you'll bump into it.
