Hello all--
I am trying to spot blur or 'clone' over a spot in my video. I have Premier Elements 2.0 and Virtualdub. Would I use Virtualdub's MSU logo remover for this? I am VERY new at the--my first video--so detailed explainations are the only language I can decipher. If I should be in the 'newbie' catagory, let me know. And should I invest in a better Premier program?
Thanks!
Theresa

Upon trying to figure this out on my own, I discovered that there is a 16 point garbage matte tool in Premiere Elements. I have yet to find any clear instructions on how to use this. Please, any help would be so appreciated.
TIA
Theresa
