  1. If u use highest quality motion search precision but gettin tired of waiting forever, tell tmpgenc to interlace the video, it will speed it up by 50%+.

Use 2 pass VBR for everything!

    Soften block noise never works

    IMPORTANT!!-----

I have been able to substitute high bitrates with filters and output is EXACT same quality.
This method is going into the new MPG format i made called SVCD-X
(Holds over 80 min onto 1 cd in standard compliant mode)
    ShiZZZoN PzN

Everyday is another payday and I am one step closer to becoming the one.

It is impossible to use filters to make up for a decrease in bitrate. I assume you are just using blur filters to prevent pixellation during movement. What you are in fact doing is removing information from the video, greatly decreasing its quality. Pixellation is not a measure of quality, in fact most people would gladly take pixellation during movement over a low detail blurry picture throughout. There is simply no substitution for bitrate.

  6. He's giving tips, so there's no reason to tell him to shut up. Personally I didn't know about that interlace one.

Tips my a$$, this is same person that is trying to SELL a template, the same person that thinks his template, even though Ive heard its not worth a damn, is incapable of being copied and thus pass FREELY on the net like we do EVERY OTHER TEMPLATE here. All he is doing is trying to push the same crap that vcdsp.com claimed on their crap CVCD that supposely can put up to 130 mins of VCD quality material on 1 disks...as his claim of over 80 mins..like Adam said, "It is impossible to use filters to make up for a decrease in bitrate." ..."new MPG format" this would mean he came up with a new compression scheme, which he clearly did not because he turns around says "called SVCD-X" which it implies it is made from SVCD, which use mpeg2, which is not a new mpg format.
