I have a few VOB's I've ripped from a DVD that I want to convert to MPEG2, so I can edit them in Studio 9.
The problem I'm having is that Studio 9 only accepts "interlaced" MPEGs, and the conversion programs I have will only make non-interlaced (progressive scan) MPEGs.
So basically what I need to know is, how can I convert a VOB into a non-interlaced MPEG2?
Thanks!

That's a little strange. VOBs should already be MPEG-2 interlaced format, they're just in a 'VOB' container. If you still have the DVDs, VOB2MPG is one of the easier ways. If not, you can use these to convert to MPEG-2:
DVDDecrypter(free, also built-in ripping)
Smartripper(free, also built-in ripping)
Rejig(free)
TMPGEnc DVD Author(DVD to one MPG file, only one audio audio track)
VOBEdit(free)
