Swap audio in a DVD

Hi,

I've original DVD The Polar Express and there's no my native language audio on it, though I've got one in AC3 format. My Task at hand is to swap one of the unnecessary langauge AC3's on DVD with the one I've got, in my native language, while preserving the original menus. I'd like to change chen name of the language to be swaped. How to make this. Any suggestions please.

demultiplex the main dvd into video and audio files, pgcdemux
replace the ac3 and remultiplex,author it back to a dvd set, muxman
add back the original menu, vobblanker

if you want to change the name in the menu you could try dvd remake pro.
