Swap Replace Audio in MPEG4-AVC without recompress

Hi, my Samsung Camera makes MPEG4-AVC 1280x720 videos, I need to know if exist a method to swap/replace only the audio track without recompressing the video.

This is a "work" that I do a lot on videos (And I did a lot without problem before my Casio(AVI format) died)



So is there any program that let me do that.
