    Hello m8s my parents just bought a home theater system from philips but all my dvds are from US so I am trying to make the dvd player region free but so far no luck can anybody help me with this? The dvd player has HTS 3100 on it and I had no luck on finding anything on it thnx for the help

    Make sure you are in "Disc" Mode

    1. Press and hold the STOP button until the tray opens
    2. Press 9 9 9 9 0
    3. A message on the screen will pop up saying you now have Region 0
