Well my pioneer 106d has failed to read, it writes just fine.I have flashed the newest firmware but no success.
Any ideas? I have been using verbatim..............gonna switch to Taiyo Yuden when i run out of verbatim.

Drive might need a good cleaning, or it has given up the ghost and time to get a new one...

Before writing it off, run a Laser Lens Cleaner (CD with in-built brushes) as it may only be a little dust on the laser.
