  1. i have a movie with mp3 audio.now i want to onvert it to dvd but my audio is not in surround.i just want that my audio comes from 5 speakers rather that two.i have a ony dvd player and a yamaha amplifier.

    Doesn't matter. Really not worth it.

    Your Yamaha amp (I have one too, so I should know) has other settings that allow you to "synthesize" the output with Delay/DSP stuff, which will probably do just as good a job as you would be able to do manually in the computer--and you won't be losing quality through a 2nd generation encoded file. Mine has "5-channel Stereo" that sounds quite good. Or use DPLII (Dolby ProLogicII).
