What the Hell??? No Audio After 6 Minutes

I'm tryin'to convert the 2 divx disc Enemy at the Gates that i downloaded on the net to VCD. I"m not a newbie. I already converted more than 30 movies with sucess, but this one i'm having a problem that i never had before.
I converted the 2nd disc to VCD but after 6 minutes the audio disapear. I tried to extract the audio to wav with virtualdub but i get a error message:

" The requested audio compression is not compatible with the input format.Check that the sampling rate and the channel count of the input match those of the requested format. "

Could anyone help me?

I tried to convert only the audio with toolame together with tmpenc but after 6 minutes the audio is gone too. Other tools dont even recognize the audio. But the movie is fine, there's audio until the end. It's very weird.

No one here knows how to fix my problem? i though that here had some real experts...
