Does anyone know if Sony makes a DVD-R with an ink-jet printable surface? I have read that Sony is first class media according to "nomorecoasters.com". I have an Epson R 220 and right now the media I use are Ritek DVD-R's. I have read some threads about Ritek not being all that great a media, but it is still probably better than the Princo DVD-R's I used to get. I have a friend that goes to Walmart occasionally and perhaps he could get me some Sony's. I am hoping that they make a kind with Printable Covers. Thanks in advance for any information you can give me.

I don't think the Sony printable media is available in the North American continent. I've seen it for sale on sites based in Europe and Asia. You'd be better off ordering Verbatim, Maxell or Taiyo Yuden printable media from www.blankmedia.ca.

Gen-An: Thank you for your response to my question. I appreciate that you took the time to provide me with this information. I am glad I checked out your link, it seems that "blankmedia.ca" now takes Money Orders as payment as well. That is nice for people like me that don't qualify for a credit card, or don't want to get involved with Paypal. I have read that Tayo Yuden is just about the best DVD Media there is. Thanks once again for this information.
