I’ve been running the Trial version of PowerProducer 3 (v3.00.921) with some great capture results from my AVerMedia DVD EZMaker USB2.0 I decided to upgrade to the full version – PowerProducer 3 Deluxe (PAL) but since the upgrade the full version wont give a proper capture picture (green and black segmented upside down picture).
I believe the problem is related to the automatic recognition system that PowerProducer uses for the Full version. On the trial it sees my EZMaker as a webcam but on the upgrade as a VCR – there is no way that I know to change this and I’m tiring of trying to get a fix out of Cyberlink’s tech support section.
PowerProducer is by far the best capture software and I would like to use it. Does anybody know where I can get an earlier version of PowerProducer 3 (think v2 may do the same job for me). I intend to ask Cyberlink but just thought I’d post here for some advice.
