  1. So I am used to importing my video into Pinnacle Studio 9 (which came with my Canon Elura70 camera) and just straight editing. I have a big project that requires some slow motion effects and fast motion as well. So i turned to Adobe Premiere Pro 7 and did some simple edits.

After rendering i noticed my video seems to get these small black and white horizontal lines over images in the video, especially things that are white and moving ( like me with a white tshirt on) - what is this, why is it caused, and is there a quick fix in Adobe to render/export without this rasterizing going on ???

thanks, any replies can go here or to mooremr6779@yahoo.com

It's called interlacing, it is to do with the way the video is recorded originally, it is not necessarily a bad thing. It is very noticable on your PC, which has a progressive display, but if done correctly, should not be seen on your TV when you play back the final disc.
