I was looking for a conversion from vcd that I have to put those videos on a dvd. The cds are playable on a dvd player so I was wondering how to rip those cd files and convert them to dvd format.

Simple enough. Extract out the AVSEQnn.DAT as a MPEG-1 file. Convert the audio from 44.1Khz to 48Khz, the DVD standard. Author and burn. You can also drop the MPEG-1 into TMPGEnc DVD Author and it will automatically convert the audio. MPEG-1 video meets the DVD standard, just the audio needs to be changed.

Other options: Look to the left in 'CONVERT' and pick VCD to DVD.
