Hi,
I have some still shots from a digital camera, that I want to included in my video. (1.3 megapixel).
I have tried to options 1- to add them to the pictures of the SVCD, and 2, put the still image into the timeline of premiere.
The problem is no matter what I do I end up with a 'shimmer' when I play the SVCD on a tv. Lines/edges of objects are the worse. It looks like the picture is moving.
What should I do to get cyrstal clear images ? I have tried to reduce the images to the size of the SVCD (480x576), but this made little diference.
Peter
