This is after i installed frameworks 1.1 ? Any other ideas? -
A good idea would be to install .NET Framework instead. It is something completely different from frameworks.

Excuse me i mixed up their names. The thing i installed is Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1

Sorry, cant help you on this one but try posting in http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=80109. The author of the program uses that thread for bug-reports etc.

This was already reported there, but there is no solution by now (look at the page 18 ). Maybe try to install an older version (I am using 1.9.0) and use installer (.msi)

As the author of SC, I can tell you that the latest release (a week old, v2.0.1 RC1) uses the .NET v2 framework, and as indicated above, the previous versions (till 1.9.2) require the .NETv1.1 framework.
