  1. How can I convert a mpeg file to a dvd with having it playing like a badly dubbed film?

    Basically, you just author it, provided the mpg is DVD specs. Else, it has to be reencoded to DVD specs, the authored.

    Another possibility is you could be using bad media. If you've burned it to dvd and it has problems try a different brand of discs. Also on cheaper media try not to fill the entire disc. Cheap discs have tendencies to break up on the outer edges.
