Sure, I'll try to help you out. What are the export settings that you have set to export the video? Have you also had this issue before or is it just in trying to edit widescreen video?

I would start by suggesting that you make sure nothing is running in the background on your computer while you are exporting the video and no other processes could be conflicting with the export. I saw on your computer specifications that you only have 256 mb of RAM and this is low for exporting and rendering video as well, and so your computer may be straining to export the video and it may hiccup at some portions. Also, what format are you trying to export to? I'm assuming DV AVI as you said you were using the standard settings. Try exporting again with nothing running and play the file back in multiple programs like Windows Media Player and Quicktime to see if the player you are viewing it on is causing the stretching. If these suggestions don't work then there are some other different things we can try.

And your project settings are set to 16x9 widescreen, not standard 4x3 fullscreen? Have you tried exporting again with my suggestions above?
