    Message to X3 Moviegoers
Seeing The Last Stand this weekend? IGN has an important tip.
    by Steve Head
May 22, 2006 - You're planning to see X-Men: The Last Stand this weekend, right? We expect most of you are. That being the case, apart from our regular reporting on the movie, IGN FilmForce now asks you to do one important thing. If you're an X-Men fan, you'll regret it if you don't! At the theater this weekend, when the credits roll, when the audiences begins to filter out of the exits... keep your seat. And then, perhaps, share this little secret with a few of your friends: the movie isn't over.

We don't want to spoil anything for you, but we want you to know that the scene that follows isn't your typical post-credits tack-on. It's a coda for one of the main characters. The scene is maybe 30 seconds in length, but it's enough. And it will surely be one of the more talked moments in the fan community.

Think you know what this scene is? Guess all you want, but chances are that you won't see it coming.

Major mutant war happens this Friday! Wolverine yells, "Hold the line!" - that stand's not easy. All you have to do is hold on through the end credits - that's much easier. You don't want miss the coda!
Check the interviews ... Quicktime needed ... which most of us have ...

    http://media.filmforce.ign.com/media/040/040731/vids_1.html

Jack Hughman does talk about a 4th X Men movie ... and also one of Wolverine by himself starring.

Okay here is my comment about the movie ... I left as the credits were being showed.

So what did I miss ... I did see what happened as Magneto was playing Chess ... but gosh darn ... Crap ... do I need to sit through the movie again to see that last piece that lasted ... 30 seconds.

By the way ... I was reading Marvel comics when they were selling for 10 cents ... 12 cents ... and finally seeing them jump up to 25 cents ... eventually teenage women became more appealing ... he he he he.

  5. I saw it on its first day, I saw the scene and it was worth the wait. It seemed like the employees at the movie theater didn't know about it because everybody left the theater and there was I, sitting in the middle of the theater while at least 4 employees were staring at me like "what's this guy waiting for, the movie is over!".

Then the scene popped and they "oooooooohhhhhhhh" at the same time.

...but I DID see it coming.

I missed the last one but the Maneto scene wasn't even after the credits, it was before. The guy I went with missed that whole thing. As soon as the music started he bolted right out of there. The movie kept going. I made fun of him missing the whole ending until I found out about that other ending after the credits.
    His name was MackemX

What kind of a man are you? The guy is unconscious in a coma and you don't have the guts to kiss his girlfriend?

This is why I either see movies alone, or I drive. Impatient people suck.

Well ... I got a private message telling me what I missed ... yep ... I would not have seen that coming ... dammit ... I wish I could have known about this before going to the movies.

Usually my Wife and I ... we get there and the previews have ended and the movie has started ... oh we were so happy to see X-Men 3 begin and NOT wonder what we missed.

... We walked in late on the Da Vinci Code.

And now I find out ... I still missed a scene in a X-Men 3 ... I thought we did well this time.

I only caught on after I thought about it. I didn't see it coming. Though I knew enough to stay after the credits because I read you should online.

Im sure YouTube has policies regarding copyrighted videos in place, otherwise, the video would had been taken down. Surely, permission for the short clip must have been granted, since alot of cinema goers missed the clip entirely not knowing about it.

Nevertheless, mods can remove the link if it is inappropriate.
