    I am using a video converter called "ImTOO RM Converter", it is registered. Whenever I try to convert a rmvb file I get this error message saying its encountered a problem and needs to be closed.

    What can I do to fix this ??? The error message pops up whenever I try to convert rmvb files to anything (avi,wmv,ect). I tried various rmvb files and I get it this all the time.

    Try uninstalling it then reinstalling it. If still no go, contact ImTOO about the problem.

    Or try some different software. The freeware SUPER works with some RMVB files.
