    Hi, I regularly record stuff off digital tv (multiplexed streams?) and i want to use ffmpegx to encode to divx.

    BUT

    ffmpegx reports no audio no video when i drag the file in.

    Whats happening?

    Make sure that ffmpegX is located in /Applications and that there are no special characters in volume names or paths.

    its okay... i was trying to put the zip file in the locate box instead of the mplayer and mencoder files.
