    Several filters do that. HSL, Levels, Brightness and contrast + more.

    Keep in mind that "brightness" changes black level. Contrast or value changes white level.

    Change L = Luminance in HSL or
    Change C in brightness and contrast
    Change "Input Start" in Levels filter.
