I have some video clips from years ago. All 3 video clips are in the vob format (separate video_TS folders). Each VIDEO_TS folder are in chrono. order. So i use DVDshrink and set each one in there how the order goes. Run it and when its finished it merges videos 1 and 3 and sets video 2 out and puts it as an EXTRA. How can i overcome this?

  2. I don't know why DVDShrink does that... lists some titlesets as though they are bonus features.

If you go ahead and burn the folders that DVDShrink produced, the files should play in the order in which you intended.

There will be a slight pause (like a layer break) in between titlesets but that is normal.

Or you can use VOBEdit and IFOEdit (both free) to merge the titlesets into one titleset using this guide http://members.dodo.net.au/~jimmalenko/test.htm and there will not be any pause.
