Does anybody know of any VCD Burning programs on the Internet that are ABSOLUTELY FREEWARE? (NO SIGN UPS, NO PAYMENTS ETC.) They also have to work with a Windows XP computer. If you do, could you please give me the name/publisher and/or the link to the web page?

    Thank you VERY MUCH.

VCDEasy exists in a free version, that's still best-of-breed when it comes to VCD authoring. (Possibly surpassed by later non free versions.)

Also, The original Philips VCDtoolkit should still work, even with XP (although you may have to tweak the compatibility settings). For most things, you'd want VCDEasy.
