Does anybody know of any VCD Burning programs on the Internet that are ABSOLUTELY FREEWARE? (NO SIGN UPS, NO PAYMENTS ETC.) They also have to work with a Windows XP computer. If you do, could you please give me the name/publisher and/or the link to the web page?
Thank you VERY MUCH.

VCDEasy exists in a free version, that's still best-of-breed when it comes to VCD authoring. (Possibly surpassed by later non free versions.)
