A bin is a disk image and the cue is used to burn it to disk. If you want to join several together to put on a DVD for playing in a DVD recorder then you need to extract the video from the bin (isobuster) or you can mount it as a virtual drive (Daemon tools).

After that it depends on what's in the bin, probably a VCD or SVCD. Lots of VCD/SVCD to DVD guides are available.

Extract what's in the 'bin'-VCDGear can do this; if a video file then majority of the time its mpeg1; so load in VCDGear and go to Bin-mpeg from drop down box and press start. Encode and author. If more than one 'bin' then encode each and then join them at authoring stage to minimise sync issues etc.
