i have a bunch of frames rendered in maya (because the avi turns out horrible in maya) and was wondering if theres any way to throw all those files in vegas or premire and have it auto delay each frame 0sec. when you drop them curently it adds about a 6sec delay and cropping each picture frame to .1sec would be very time consuming.

In Premiere, go to Edit > Preferences > General. Then change stills duration from the defalt 150 frames to 1 frame:

You should be able to import a numbered sequence as a movie in both of these without having to resort to adjusting still times. You should not have to be dragging the images one at a time to the timeline.
