the unkindest cut

little problem that's driving me mad!,
the sound on my rlt17ap15 relisys tv ,continually cuts out,when watching ntl tv.
on dvds ,no problem.
my original relisys tv was fine,but then died.
the replacement had this sound issue,went away for 'repair' ,unsuccessfully,and i received a 3rd set today which again has the same problem.
the signal is an extension from the lounge,where there is no such problem,and the pro-line tv i used while awaiting my returned tv ,had perfect sound.can anyone help please?.

Sale of Goods Act, items must be of merchantable quality, suitable for the purpose and of sufficient durability. Don't accept a repair, don't accept a replacement, get your money back and buy something else.
