    My computer has video laptop onto a tv so I can watch DVD's right on the tv. This computer is new and I have tested several DVD's on the tv and they worked just fine. Today when I was playing a dvd on the tv it began acting up. The screen bounces around and everything. This happens for about 10 seconds then goes away. Then starts in another 10 seconds. When the dvd is not playing and just the desktop is showing it is not a problem. I have a NTSC tv and NTSC is selected so I know this is not the problem. I tried several software dvd players to see if that was the problem but they all have the same effect.
