    Can you refund a DVD lens cleaner?

    Because the price is kinda steep for something thats one-time-use, and it might not even fix the problem.

    You can take it back to the store were you bought it and tell them why you want a refund, if it doesn't work. Just keep the receipt and you should have no issue. I normally get them for about $5.00 each, so if they don't issue a refund your not out alot of money.
