    Can anyone help me on the best way to convert multiple bin files (usually two) to dvd files.

    Convert them to MPEG first, then add them into an authoring program if they are DVD complaint. Otherwise you will have to re-encode them also. ISOBuster for one can convert to MPEG. If they are SVCD format, a program like SVCD2DVD might be easier.
