Hi I have a DV camcorder and connect to my PC using FireWire, I was wondering whats the best Hard Disk for saving my video onto. Would a FireWire hd be better than than an IDE one?
Any help appreciated, Thanks

No difference. Data is data.
You will get better performance and reliability if you transfer to a hard drive other than the OS drive when possible. Internal drives are more reliable for transfer than external drives.Recommends: Kiva.org - Loans that change lives.
