    Hello all,

I'm have 6 video files (mov) on a FireStore FS-4 which is basically an external hard drive.

anyways 3 out of 3 videos are corrupt in the sense that i can open them and play them off the hard drive, but at a specific point it will cause the player to feeze. I cant even copy the files to my hard drive to edit out the corrupt part (not sure if it is a corrupt video or corrupt hard drive point)

the one file its almost as if i can view the whole movie (scrubbing through) but when i try to copy it or encode or even play a certain part of the movie everything freezes and the HD clicks

    any ideas?

Clicking is a bad sign. Back up any other files on that drive.

Try to fix using Mpegstreamclip, but don't get your hopes up.
