Is there a program to make ISOs from file on the HD? I can copy the .vob files on my HD using nero, but is there a way to make them ISOs instead? Looking for a freeware, was using ONes, but it expired

Yes definately....try Folder2Iso. It's free and it works great. On the other hand I'm not sure it's good for dvd videos, I think the structure of the iso has to be a certain way. Try it, see what happens.

If the folder has a full DVD structure (IFO/BUP/VOB's) and can be played with menu's etc (PowerDVD & WinDVD have a "play DVD from folder" mode) then you can use DVDShrink to create an ISO file as output ... if the files are already <4.3GB it won't need to shrink them anyway!! Otherwise just set a custom size big enough for all files in a single ISO.
