Nero6 Ultra Menu/Chapter help

I am having trouble understanding the concepts of the Menu and Chapters in Nero6 even after having read the help files, can anyone break this down for me any further please? Let me ask specific questions;

1] Regarding Menus, there are only 15 buttons in the "Layout" section in the Edit area, if I have more than 15 video files then how can I add more buttons or have the more than 15 files show in the menu?

2] Regarding Chapters, I understand that chapters are like adding "markers" to music and this would work if I had larger files and I would need to set start and end points but this is not the case here with these particular files, I captured these files exactly at the start and end points so the only reason I am looking into this is to have the ability to "jump" from one file to another [like when playing a CD] without having to use the forward or reverse buttons, is this possible?

You are probably needlessly restricted by Nero's limitations. I don't use it, so I can't give you specific advice on how to get around this in Nero. However, the general answers to your questions are

1. You can have up to 36 menu items on a DVD menu. This is a specification limit, and is observed by good authoring software. Nero may well limit you to less, but this is a Nero problem.

2. Chapters are markers within a title. What you have a is a lot of seperate titles. Very poor design. If you want to use the Next button to jump from title to title, you have to put a chapter point at the end of each (as close to the last frame as possible). There is no easy way to get the Previous button to work like this. In future, authoring correctly using a single title with many chapters, not many titles with no chapters.
