Apparently this is the second hovering car found in the Perth area in Google Earth photographs. Secret test flights of the new models for '07 ?

Look again, certainly looks like a flying car to me.

There's a related story that says it may be one of those raised water tankers. They are a tanker trailer, but have a stilt assembly to raise them up about 20-30 feet. Portable, and would look like a floating car from an aerial view if the shadow is cast correctly.
