    I cut a avi file with virtual dub and when i save it then play it the file have out of sync.audio only the beginning theres sound then after 8 mins theres no sound at all but the film still plays. I tryed holding the shift button when working the slider but still don't work. Please can any body help me I have Windows xp.

    How exactly are you splitting the avi file? Are you doing a direct stream copy of both audio and video?
