So I followed the guide here to convert OGM files to AVI
https://forum.videohelp.com/viewtopic.php?t=241422
I did all that, and now I am trying to join them, I have
final1.avi and final2.avi, but when I try to join them, I open up VirtualDub, open final1.avi, scroll to the very last frame, then do
File>Append AVI segment and select final2.avi, but I get the error:
http://img476.imageshack.us/img476/1451/appendaudio9le.jpg
I made sure I had the audio formats the same, selecting Lame MP3, and
192 kbps for each.
Here's images from GSpot:
Any solutions to my problem?
Thanks in advance!![]()

Grab super , re-encode the avi's .
There has been some talk lately on this from other member's .
Grab gspot , find which avi has the lowest video bitrate .
In super , if video file is avi , drag and drop it into the box .
Sellect output as avi .
Dont change video size .
Change video bitrate to that as reported by gspot .
For audio .
Use the same value's when encoding each avi so they match up .
Sellect compression , xvid or other .
Audio as mp3 or other .
Encode both avi's .
These two new avi's should not cause the virtualdub issue to return , and should be possible to use append feature without further issue .
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
When program's report "audio" relater issue's , it is not alway's the audio at fault ... there are other issue's that can cause these problem's to appear .
It is upto the end user to decide what is reported , and in the case of ms ... decipher what it is actually the problem ...
