Hi, i received today a VHS i bought and i have black screen when i play it but i can ear the sound, it can't be a problem of PAL NTSC incompatibility cause both my VHS player and TV are compatible to both format ( i do the test just after and i can see a NTSC old VHS and a PAL old VHS )
Should i just return the VHS to the seller or you have a idea of something is working wrong with my material ?
Thank's![]()

If your equipment will play both kinds (pal, ntsc) before and after your new tape, then I think I would return the purchased tape for a refund.
