I have a 700MB movie file that I'm trying to burn to a DVD, but it ends up being TOO big for the DVD. I was thinking that if I split the file into a 350MB file, I could burn both parts on seperate DVD's. Is there a program that will let me do this?

    VirtualDub.
But by encoding it at the right bitrate, I'm sure you can make it fit one DVD, if it's not >3 hours or so.
What format is your source video? How long is it? How do you convert it to DVD?

It's in AVI format, and a bit over 2 hours long.
