    i'm looking for something Compress movies to small size
    fast & Good Quality
    -------
    Example : i wanna compress 100 MB to 20 MB
    i need Speed in Compressing & Good Quality ..

    Well windows movie maker 2 will do that (freeware but requires at least win2000 and maybe XP only for the newest version).

    But i think you're limited to wmv output.

    You can use virtualdub or virtualdubmod to do divx/xvid compression or frameserve to mpeg encoders like tmpgenc if your destination is vcd or mpeg2.
