Xvid AVI with subtitles to -> dvd

So here is my problem.

I have 2 xvid files and 2 sub/idx subtitle files. I would like to convert that all into a dvd playable on any machine with Nero 7. What is the very easiest way to do this?

As the movie is not in english, i really need the subtitles.

Does Nero 7 support subtitles ? If so, in what format ?

ConvertXtoDVD supports subtitles in the sub/idx format, is faster than Nero, and about as easy as it gets. Worth a look.

ConvertXtoDVD supports .srt format too and it works well. But can anyone tell me how to manually set the outline value to the subtitle texts? The default value seems too thin to me and the subs are not clearly visible on bright background. Normally, in other appz, i set the value to 3 but in this ConvertXtoDVD i find nowhere to set it.
