subtitle problem

hi

i have this ogm file with srt.

i play it with VLC player but the subtitles apears a few minutes earlier, i looked at the SRT file and all the times seem to be correct, so i figured to to simply delay when the subtitles will play, but i noticed each time i play the file, the subtitle keeps changing position, in other words, its not set exactly say 2 minutes before it should run or anything, it keeps changing around.

what can i do?

you must syncronize the srt with one of these programs
subtitle workshop
subtitle tool
subsync
submagic
