Multiple VOBs to one .avi

Hey all
Im using DVD Fab decrypter to do all my DVD ripping. But the problem is that DVD Fab makes multiple VOB files, I know I can use DVD Decrypter to make one single file which is what I was doing ( I was using VirtualDUBMod to convert the single VOB to avi), but sometimes some of the new DVD's I have wont Decrypt because of the new protections. So what I need is something that can convert multiple VOB files to one simple .avi, but also giving me the option to put the resolution, bitrate, and audio bitrate.

or if you want to convert to divx,xvid use autogk.
or use dgindex to add all vobs and frameserve and open virtualdubmod.

but this is not dvd to dvd. moving you.
