I hope this question is allowed. I would like to grab some audio/music to add to a DVD, however I don't know how to rip it. It is on a Macromedia Flash equipped webpage. Any help would be appreciated!

Aside from potential copyright issues, and as a purely intellectual exercise, open your audio software and set it to record fromt he sound card's output. Most sound cards nowadays are full duplex and can record and play at the same time. simply record the audiot hat your sound card is playing from the website.
You may have to go into the recording settings for your card and enable the correct input - probably wav playback or similar.Read my blog here.
