Can anyone help me or point me to the right direction on adding transparent watermarks on my xvid encodes. I want to have a small transparent logo that fades in and out from time to time like those Divx watermarks. Any simple ways to do this?

Ok I followed the steps using the VDUB guide, but after I've added the bmp of the watermark, it doesn't show up at the main video screen. I then try saving it direct stream copy and the watermark is no where to be seen. I can only see it during the preview screen.

you must use video->full processing and reencode the video. direct stream copy only copies the video, no filters can't be added.

No, you must re-encode to AVI using virtualdub and then feed that AVI into AutoGK.

... Or just wourk out how to configure virtualdub to output XVID, then you don't even need to use AutoGK.
    If in doubt, Google it.
