Take a look to the upper left, 'What is' DVD. That will tell you the DVD format, part of which is the VIDEO_TS folder. If all the parts are there, you burn that to a DVD. If some are missing, a program like IFOEdit can replace them. The movie is in the VOB files, but the rest is required for the DVD structure.

I use Nero, selecting DVD-Video, then take those files in the VIDEO_TS folder, put them into the Nero VIDEO_TS folder and burn.

Frankly, this falls outside the purview of this entire website.

If you're sure in in six parts, then you have to combine them into a single file first, THEN you can unRAR it properly.

Actually, if they had 'rar'ed a VIDEO_TS folder and it's complete, WinRar should be able to put it all back together, though I've never seen that.
